Terms of Service for 360LeadKart

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and 360LeadKart ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 360LeadKart website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, clicking "I Agree", or by accessing or using any part of our Platform, you confirm that:

360LeadKart is an AI-powered B2B lead generation marketplace that connects lead buyers with lead sellers across 15+ industry sectors in India.

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at support@360leadkart.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

As a Lead Buyer on our Platform, you agree to:

If you list or sell leads on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All leads provided are genuine, accurate, and legally obtained with appropriate consent from the data subjects.
• You have the legal right to sell or transfer the lead data.
• Leads comply with all applicable data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• You will not provide duplicate, false, or low-quality leads intentionally.
• All listings are subject to admin verification before going live.

Wallet: The 360LeadKart wallet is a prepaid digital account used exclusively for purchases on the Platform. Wallet credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform.

Payments: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.

Refund Policy:

• Wallet recharges are non-refundable once processed.
• Lead package purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
• If a package is significantly different from its description, raise a dispute within 48 hours of purchase.
• Approved refunds are credited back to your wallet within 5–7 business days.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 360LeadKart brand, logo, UI design, AI algorithms, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 360LeadKart and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

360LeadKart does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• Lead data will result in any specific business outcome or conversion rate.
• The accuracy, completeness, or quality of any lead data is guaranteed beyond our stated AI verification process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360LeadKart's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time:

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
