This Refund Policy applies to all leads and lead packages purchased on 360LeadKart ("Platform"). It explains the circumstances under which a refund, replacement lead, or wallet credit will be issued, and the process for raising a request.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service. By purchasing leads on the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
You may request a refund, replacement, or credit if a purchased lead falls into one of the following categories:
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Select the reason that matches your case from the eligible categories above.
Add a short note (e.g., call log or screenshot) supporting your claim, if available.
We re-verify the lead against our records, typically within 2โ3 business days.
Approved claims are resolved with a wallet credit or replacement lead, as applicable.

By default, approved refunds are issued as wallet credit, which can be used immediately to purchase other leads on the Platform. This is faster than a bank reversal and avoids payment gateway processing delays.
